Police told campaigners who supported 14 year old ‘family court’ victim Rosy Stanesby on Saturday that Judge David Tyzack would not come out of his luxury home to explain why he ‘ruined her childhood’.

Tyzack stopped Ivybridge schoolgirl Rosy from seeing her father for nine years for no reason, behind closed doors in his secret assizes at Plymouth.

The traumatised youngster, who’s now 14, is demanding the judge apologise and be held publicly to account for his actions.

She and her dad Jolly, a high profile civil rights campaigner, appealed for help from the public after a Devon and Cornwall police officer allegedly threatened Rosy with a ‘criminal record’ because she wrote a letter to the accused judge asking for him to say sorry.

On Sunday, thanks to the rally in her support, Rosy’s letter was handed over the elderly alleged child abusers gate.

A policeman and guard dog stood watch over the house as a second officer took the envelope to post through the judge’s door.

Outside Rosy joined children and parents in denouncing the judge and his courts for systematic cruelty towards her and other youngsters.

Standing symbolically handcuffed to her father she said; “David Tyzack tried to stop me seeing my Dad for nine years for no good reason at all.

“It was a really hard time going through it all because I missed my father so much. I want some answers now. I want him to say sorry for ruining my childhood.

“It’s just sickening, especially for a judge, that he won’t account for his actions.”

She recalled: “Since I’ve sent the judge letters, the other day the police came round knocking on my door; they claimed that they were looking for my Dad.

“But I gave them his number and mine – and they never rang me. So it seems that was a complete lie. And about a week later, I was at my Dads when a policeman rang my phone.

“My Dad took the call, and the policeman said it was about my writing to the Judge. He asked my Dad if he wanted ‘his daughter to get a criminal record’, and asked us to go down to the police station.

“All that for writing a few letters to the judge that completely destroyed my family; apparently the judge is scared – he wants me to be done for harassment. It’s ridiculous.”

Fathers for Justice founder Matt O’Connor said: “Whilst Judge David Tyzack is happy to dispense his form of justice in secret, behind closed doors, he isn’t so keen on answering to the court of public opinion.

“His house, bought with the proceeds of crimes committed in the family courts, was protected by a Police van, police cars and plain clothes police officers dotted around the parameter of his property.

“He was at home, but refused to accept the letter from Rosy, preferring to hide behind his curtains as he hides every day in his secret court. Anybody would think there was something he was ashamed of.

“Supported by her Dad Jolly, Rosy gave a moving speech about the trauma caused to her as a result of Judge Tyzack’s decisions and attacked his cowardice for failing to apologise to her and to face his own judge and jury at his gate.

“Undeterred by the lack of hospitality, in true Rogue Traders tradition, Rosy has promised to continue her pursuit of an apology from Judge Tyzack.

“She wants to remind this so called god-loving, Christian parish councillor that one of Christianity’s most famous lines is going to haunt him. The line of prayer that begins; ‘In the name of the father…’

There’s mounting pressure regionally and across Britain to abolish the so-called ‘family courts’, as overwhelming evidence of routine and widespread child abuse and human rights violations comes to light.

The secret assizes still have no juries, are closed to the public, and censored to reporters, because its rogue judges refuse to obey laws passed by our democratically elected Parliament.

There’s escalating pressure from the public for the undemocratic body to close for good.

Victims say the courts have been a forum of systematic abuse kept from public gaze for decades, and are calling for the public prosecution of court staff by democratic jury law.

Those accused include so-called ‘family lawyers’, the ‘Cafcass’ probation officers the court uses to dictate how long a child should be kept apart from their parents, and in many cases Britains’ reviled and embattled social workers .

David Tyzack is under mounting local and national pressure after a series of cases he ruled over were exposed as civil rights outrages, which the judge later tried to cover up with legal threats.

It’s emerged he not only effectively kidnapped Rosy from her father for nine years, but has kept a vulnerable 84 year man from seeing his beloved wife for the last three years.

John Coles from Exeter has been banned from seeing his wife of 55 years Maggie ever since he complained of the alleged mistreatment of residents at her care home in the town.

Tyzack has issued three annual gagging orders banning the frail OAP from speaking to anyone about what’s happened to him; Mr Coles has also been threatened with incarceration, and his home broken into by social workers, since he spoke up to criticise their system.

Rosy Stanesby found police officers calling her personal mobile after she wrote a public letter to disgraced West Country Judge David Tyzack.

The teenager has bravely written to the hated senior figure from the tinpot, anti-democratic ‘family’ courts asking why, when she was a defenceless child, he banned her for no reason from seeing her own father.

Brave Rosy emerged from a nine year ordeal at Tyzacks hands determined to join her father Jonathans efforts to end the despotic cruelty of his secret court system.

But when she innocently put pen to paper to call her tormentor to account, she says police officers, instead of defending her right to free speech, or acting on her allegations of abuse against the Judge – threatened to arrest her.

A senior, decorated detective constable reportedly rang Rosy’s mobile phone on Monday March 25th – and during the subsequent exchange threatened to land her with ‘a criminal record’ for daring to write to Tyzack asking him to account for what he did to her.

Rosy’s father, a registered childminder who is also a high profile fathers rights protestor, told CCN: “The police have been persecuting Rosy. At first officers went to her home, claiming they were trying to find me.

“This claim was absurd; it flew in the face of the fact they have my number, and all of my contact details, and of course my home address.

“Then on Monday (March 25th), I was with Rosy when her personal mobile phone rang. We could see it was am official number so I took the phone and answered it. When I told them I was Rosy’s father the officer said ‘Oh – we’ve been looking for you’.

“Of course they hadn’t been looking for me at all. They knew where I was all along – they were just harrassing Rosy.

“Then the officer asked me ‘Can you bring Rosy to the police station?’ I asked why and he said it was because she had written to Judge Tyzack.”

Mr Stanesby explained: “Tyzack is the judge who ruined Rosy’s childhood by banning her from seeing me for no reason, and she has been writing to him, to the Cafcass officers involved, and to all the officials who abused her emotionally when she was a young child.

“They are open letters and this is supposed to be a free country. Tyzack in our view has committed a crime – many crimes. The police should be investigating him, and any other officials accused of breaking the law; instead, they’re defending him, and persecuting us for questioning him.

“The way the local police are behaving toward us is the sort of behaviour you would expect of police in a dictatorship; the local police seem to protect child abusing judges the way a military police might defend some tyrant.

“It’s absolutely shocking that a grown man, in his role as a police officer – and a decorated officer at that – should be calling a 14 year old girl on her mobile phone and intimidating her – all because she exercised her human rights – not to mention tried to redress an injustice. It’s cowardly and revolting.”

The veteran campaigner recalled: ” I tried hard to protect Rosy from the appalling treatment meted out to her by the so-called ‘family justice system’ for nine years and I was damned if I was going to let a police officer get away with ringing her and making threats.

“So I told the police she wasn’t going to get a criminal record because she hadn’t done anything wrong – which she hasn’t. We haven’t gone to any police station, and I’m shocked and worried that a police officer rang her.

“What is wrong with our police force that they behave like this? It’s creepy. Everyone knows Tyzack’s a creep, but I expect more of local police officers, many of whom know full well the grotesque injustices of Tyzack’s courts, and have suffered terribly themselves.”

The scandal has led to outrage online and galvinised public opinion to the stage where a protest rally in support of the youngster is scheduled for this Sunday April 7 in Exeter

It takes place at Farringdon Church. Tyzack uses the otherwise moral and spiritual institution to further hide his filthy abuse of families and children in state-run secret courts, by creating a veneer of outward social respectability for himself and his family.

The demo, which is set to start at 11am, hopes to draw the attention of the public, and Tyzacks fellow parishioners and congregation members, to the wider maltreatment of millions of other children by Britain’s secret courts.

Despite promising to clamp down on ‘family law’ – ‘hitting the ground running’, the increasingly unpopular Coalition Government have reneged on all promises of reform, and even passed laws banning grandparents seeing their grandchildren.

Public opinion is squarely opposed to the secret, scandal-stricken ‘family court’ system with ninety per-cent of Britons in favour of laws forcing 50/50 shared parenting after parental separation and ending the courts secret rule.

There are widespread fears that broken promises of reform will lead to civil unrest.

In the US, whistleblowers like former family court worker Carol Rhodes and family rights activist Marsha Maines openly and confidently state their beliefs that beneath the veil of state propaganda produced by mass media in the Anglo-American countries, men and their children – and particularly working class men and those from ethnic minority groups – are so severely oppressed by discriminatory radical feminist laws that we are actually on the brink of civil war.

Maines gave evidence to Virginia State to that effect, explaining she believes the mass criminalisation of fathers – with 177,000 jailed in that state alone on trumped up, politicised ‘child support’ charges in five years – is so polarising society that a civil conflict is not just possible but inevitable without reform.

Secret court systems in the US and UK have already caused widespread bloodshed amongst victims: In Britain suicide now rates above drugs deaths, car accidents and war casualties combined as the primary killer of British men under 35.

And there are signs some victims are starting to exact equal revenge on those responsible for the mass ‘forced suicide’ epidemic.

Since 2010 four US ‘family lawyers’ have died in politically motivated murders carried out as a direct result of their professions and a fifth so-called ‘family lawyer’ escaped with life-changing injuries after being stabbed in the neck and face by a man she victimised and criminalised.

Last year in the UK for the first time, a senior partner of a particularly repellent legal firm in Wiltshire also died in a shooting.

The mainstream press did not quote any anti family law campaigners in the wake of the killing despite a flurry of remarks from pressure groups on Facebook. Instead they drew attention away from the political context of the incident by going into lurid detail about the arrested man’s personal life.

But speaking to CCN civil rights activists expressed at least a lack of surprise, and at most relief and happiness that a member of what they described as an ‘evil’ profession had finally suffered the same fate as so many ‘family court’ victims.

Many members of the armed forces are openly expressing their support for the civil rights movement, raising the prospect of disenchanted soldiers forcibly bringing secret court staff to open criminal justice – in conflict with any domestic police forces who support the court system.

West Country Squaddies showed their support on the battlefield, while on patrol in Afghanistan, by toting Fathers for Justice signs and logos alongside their carbine rifles.

Meanwhile in Plymouth a civil rights campaign has been kickstarted by the stories of Mick Harby, a Royal Marine with 17 years service jailed for trying to see his child, and OAP John Coles, also a forces veteran, who a secret court banned from seeing his wife in an old folks home – because he dared to complain about the courts official policing body, Britain’s universally loathed social services

In Cornwall the courts have engaged in unchecked persecution of civil rights activists.

Protestor Stuart Chilcott, who scaled Truro Cathedral to display a banner protesting discrimination, was fined almost a thousand pounds by Magistrates in Truro on the evidence of one member of the public, given secretly, and police testimony alone.

Shockingly Cornwall’s corporate run local papers, which long ago lost the confidence of local people , ran hack journalism smearing the protestors and sympathising with the hated courts, in an article which was later ruled unbalanced and misleading by the press complaints commission.

Over in Devon, Mr Stanesby and his daughter say they’ve been persistently pursued by local police officers since they jointly spoke out about family court child abuse.

Despite her relative youth, Rosy has met with bigots at the NSPCC to complain about sexist adverts demonising fathers, and headed a number of ‘Children for Justice’ protests.

The affiliate group has an unparalleled online following, with thousands of adults supporting the youngsters efforts to force open the so-called ‘family courts’ and bring the inadequates and weirdos that work within them to open justice.

Jason Wallace posted on Facebook: ‘What a world we live in when the judiciary are running scared of 14 year old girls!”

Tina Wheatley Baxter added: “Fathers and children should not have to fight to see each other….keep up the good work Rosy!”

And Oriel Bufton remarked; “What a brave young girl – and what a typical response!

“They’re a law unto themselves, arrogant and self centered, no interest in the child’s’ welfare at all. I have absolutely no respect for the judges or the legal system in Britain at all. Scum the lot of them!

“Well done Rosy – don’t let them bully you. Yell at the top of your voice!”

Vicky Gilliam wrote: “She is not the only child or her father the only father stopped from seeing each other by the inept and highly biased ‘family court’ system in this country.”

We’ve asked Devon and Cornwall police for a full comment and also asked about speaking directly to the officer in question for their side of the story, on the record.

Local MP Gary Streeter has received dozens of emails through social media about the police persecution of Rosy and her father but so far has done nothing.

“In the post Jimmy Savile/Hillsborough age, one would have hoped that children would be treated sympathetically and that the authorities would cease trying to cover up miscarriages of justice.

“We warn them that Fathers4Justice remains as wedded to the concept of justice today as we were when I founded the organisation in 2001. That means there have to be consequences for those who have committed wrongs.”

Elizabeth Butler Sloss “apologised unreservedly” to civil rights leader Matt O’Connor for making the strange and damaging claim in all the mainstream media, that the ‘Fathers for Justice’ protest group threatened to kill her dog.

Cowed by the threat of being dragged through her own court for libel, Sloss grovels; “I apologise unreservedly for suggesting that Fathers4Justice made death threats against me.

“I did not intend to denigrate Fathers4Justice or to malign your name and reputation.”

She then offers to “write to the newspapers who wrote the articles to ask them to publish a retraction and an apology from me.”

She then adds; “I did not take your threat seriously but it was made.”, then finally concedes; “I do not now have a record – but I saw it.”

O’Connor, who this year launches independent political party ‘Tomorrow’, writes back first confirming in print how Sloss lied in the House of Lords.

The feisty Irishman then reminds Sloss: “At no time has Fathers4Justice ever threatened to kidnap your dog.

“We are in the business of reuniting fathers with their children, not dognapping. And we understand from Devon & Cornwall Police that this allegation has never been reported.”

O’Connor than takes issue with Sloss’s pitiful insistence, in order to excuse her insane claim, that the long disproven Murdoch tabloid front page spoiler on Fathers 4 Justice, the ‘Leo Blair kidnap’ story – which was made-up, and dictated to disgraced phone-hack Sun editor Rebekah Wade by Special Branch with the approval of Number Ten, was true.

She insists: “You threatened to kidnap Leo, the Blair son, a fact to which I did not refer.”

O’Connor hits back: “We take exception to your new allegation that Fathers4Justice ‘threatened to kidnap Leo, the Blair son.’

“If the story had been true, it would never have been made public, in the same way the attempted suicide of Tony Blair’s daughter Kathryn was covered up in 2004 by the press.”

O’Connor then explains: “In fact, the ‘Leo Blair’ kidnap plot story is acknowledged even by mainstream media to be an elaborate, tissue thin smear that required criminal malfeasance on the part of Scotland Yard, the conniving of the now disgraced Sun Editor Rebecca Wade and the approval of the Blair’s in Number 10 to print this work of fiction.

“It was a deliberate attempt by now disgraced parts of the establishment to do exactly what you yourself seem intent on doing – inflicting as much damage to our name and reputation as possible.”

I am a Royal Marine.

I’m based at Lympstone, but live, with my wife, in Exeter.

In my five years in the forces, I’ve found that the pubs and nightclubs of Exeter show insufferable discrimination toward servicemen.

To give you some background to this story, whilst in training at Lympstone, myself and my fellow recruits would come to Exeter after a hard week of training, looking forward to having a drink and finally being able to relax.

We would often hear the phrase; ‘Sorry lads – no Forces’.

The door staff guessed that we were in the forces because of our haircuts, mixed accents, general physique, the way we carry ourselves, and sometimes what we talk about (work).

While in training I accepted that this is just the way it is and let’s not make a fuss.

But it goes beyond just training.

I am still unable to gain entry to Exeters pubs & clubs even when I am out with my wife.

She can go in – but I can’t. 



Last year a Royal Marine was charged with assaulting a civilian in Exeter; in court the Marine stated that he had been unable to gain entry into several pubs that night because the pubs and clubs in Exeter discriminate against armed forces.

On his way home he was then taunted by a civilian about how his friends will be coming home in body bags, and from there the assault happened.

In the wake of this, Ben Bradshaw MP actually claimed that the Marine was lying: he claimed the pubs & clubs in Exeter show armed forces their full support.



This comment was so ill-informed that it prompted me to get in touch with Mr Bradshaw.

I told him that not only was the Marine not lying, but that this is actually an on-going problem in Exeter – at least for the five years I have been a Marine, and, I am told by my peers, as far back as 15 years.
To put this into perspective, armed forces are welcome in every pub and club that I know of in Exmouth, Plymouth & Taunton. 

Pub landlords are allowed to refuse entry to anybody without reason – within certain bounds.

For example – if they refused to allow black people or disabled people they would contravene discrimination laws.

Mr Bradshaw brazenly told me the Armed Forces are not protected under the discrimination laws.

He then claimed the government have no intention of changing the law to include somebody’s occupation. 



I think this is disgraceful

I am willing to fight and die for this country – and yet this country believes that it is acceptable for me to be discriminated against.

The West Country’s famed ‘Black Farmer’ gave an inspiring talk to would-be businessmen and women at Plymouth University this week.

Self-made man Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones told students how he left school with no qualifications but beat the odds to fulfil his dreams.

Wilfred started out tending his father’s allotment in Birmingham.

He wound up buying his own farm and enjoying a successful career in the catering industry.

He now spends any free time from his businesses touring the country as a guest speaker and mentor to up and coming entrepreneurs.

Mr Emmanuel-Jones Wilfred told a packed lecture theatre he was just a “poor boy done good”.

He told the youngsters: “I firmly believe in encouraging individuals despite their background.

“I grew up in a suburb devoid of any hope and opportunity, where people were not expected to do well.

“As the eldest of nine children, the allotment gave me a sense of freedom and open space.

“It was the inspiration behind my desire to own my own land, but it was some forty years before my dream became a reality.

“Anyone can have is a dream – that is what keeps you going.”

Wilfred left school with no qualifications but talked his way into the BBC, going on to work as a producer on food programmes.

He then broke into the marketing industry, designing company logos and brands, but returned to his love of food when he set up his own farm.

His ‘Black Farmer’ food line is currently on a national promotional drive.

Wilfred sells through most of the major retailers across the UK.

Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer in Management John White said: “Wilfred’s is a particularly inspiring and motivational story, and challenges all who hear it to have a dream and pursue it relentlessly.”

Student Charlotte Holliday said: “It was a real inspiration.”

Hundreds of people turned out in Plymouth this weekend as part of a national campaign to support the 5 Royal Marines.

The ‘green ribbon’ campaign has more than 63,000 Facebook supporters.

It’s the first time that any British soldiers have been charged with war crimes during the Afghan War, which continues to take its toll on British lives.

The protest in Plymouth started out at Devil’s Point: the marchers made their way along Admiralty Road and into Admiralty Street.

Outside Stonehouse Barracks the march organiser, former infantryman Dave Saville called for:”Three cheers for the Royal Marines.”

The protesters explained they feel it’s not right that British troops, facing constant danger and suffering heavy casualties in Afghanistan, should be prosecuted over the death of an enemy insurgent.

The soldiers are charged with killing an insurgent in Helmand Province on or around September 15th 2011.

The charges were brought after police in the UK found ‘suspicious’ video on one of the marine’s laptops.

The film apparently led the authorities to question if the soldiers may have breached strict ‘rules of engagement’.

British troops have to obey rules in combat, dictating when they are allowed to fire on the enemy. The rules are based on the Geneva Convention.

Sunday’s marches took place in Plymouth, Leeds, Swansea and Manchester. The demonstrations coincided with the regiment’s 348th anniversary.

The MOD issued a statement reading: “The arrests relate to an incident in Afghanistan in 2011.

“The incident followed an engagement with an insurgent. There were no civilians involved.

“These arrests demonstrate the armed forces’ determination to ensure UK personnel act in accordance with their rules of engagement.

“It would be inappropriate to make any further comment while the investigation is underway.”

The scale of the movement comes as wider unrest grows over domestic tyranny.

Earlier this month DCN told how a decorated Royal Marine, Mick Harby, was jailed by his own Government on return to the UK, for trying to stay in touch with his own children after a commonplace domestic split.

The Free Mick Harby Facebook page boasts 30,000 followers and focuses popular anger with the UK’s increasingly totalitarian Government and secret judiciary.

Returning and serving soldiers are amongst those worst affected, and soldiers are becoming vocal in demands for reform.

Gary Miller, who ran Choo-Choo’s until he was removed from his post last year, and Jumping Jacks pub until that license was revoked in 2009, must now close ‘The Venue’ nightclub.

A council committee heard Mr Miller described as a “magnet for violence”who “didn’t have a clue as to what was going on” in his business ventures.

He and colleagues Danny Robinson and Stefan Williams were hauled in front of the council’s licensing committee yesterday (Tuesday).

Counsel James Taghdissian said on behalf of the local police that the behaviour of Venue’s bouncers and management was “woeful”.

He said the 500 capacity club was “badly run” and that the trio took no notice of police warnings.

Gary Miller was sole company director of Crown Pub Property Solutions Limited when it ran Choo Choo’s in Union Street, Plymouth.

That club folded amidst police concerns it would “undermine the crime prevention objective”

The situation came to a tragic flashpoint in May of last year, after a 30 year old man was found with a severe head injury, lying in vomit and excrement outside the Union Street night-spot.

He suffered life-changing injuries: police told the council regarding that attack they believed he was dragged from an area of the club with blocked drains, out into the street.

The council heard the club’s regulars read like a ‘Who’s Who’ of Plymouth’s most wanted criminals.

At the latest licensing hearing this week the police showed councillors CCTV film of two violent attacks, in and outside Venue.

In one case, a man with injuries so severe they’ve led to a prosecution for grievous bodily harm was left standing on a street corner.

Mr Miller’s associate Danny Robinson admitted he “had to hold his hand up” to some incidents, but claimed no knowledge of others.

He added that sometimes drunk clubbers made claims that were disproven by CCTV.

The police licensing officer Fred Prout decided the violence at Venue was so serious it could not be allowed to remain open.

Cllr Ian Gordon told Miller: “You seem to be a magnet for violence.”
