Police officers are trying to arrest the leader of Fathers 4 Justice, Nadine O’Connor, because she exposed ‘family court’ child abusers online.
The groundbreaking interactive page finally gives a voice to parents who have suffered the abduction or abuse of their children by the UK’s reviled ‘family court‘
It allows them to break the official censorship of the court cases, and tell the public about their cases, naming guilty officials, and custodial parents, in a ‘name and shame’ format.
Powerful judges, such as Peter Mack, and Elizabeth Williscroft – who banned citizen James Greens five year old son from seeing his Dad – are exposed, as is Tory MP Caroline Nokes, who lied that she would reform family law when running for office.
At the other end of the scale, single mother Heather Carnie is accused of causing innocent Chris Thompson to be jailed on more than a dozen occasions during seven years of false allegations.
Campaigners say the primary reason for the continued injustice in the ‘family courts is official secrecy.
Normally all of the above misdemeanours are blanket censored, with the police obeying orders to arrest and have jailed anyone who tries to get the story out.
Matt O’Connor told CCN: “At approximately 8.20am in the morning this week Hampshire Police Officers arrived at our home wanting to interview Nadine about “harassment allegations”
“I was away on business. Nadine heard aggressive banging on the front door. The police said that they wanted to speak to her about contact deniers
“They said they were Hampshire Police Officers acting on behalf of the Met Police.
“She rightly refused to speak to them and called solicitors.
“At 12.13 the Police returned and they were again refused entry.
“According to our legal team a series of harassment allegations have been made in relation to www.contactdeniers.com.
“But no evidence has been supplied to substantiate the claims.
“Not for the first time my family have been targeted by the authorities using the flimsiest of excuses to bully and harass us.”
The civil rights leader is now canvassing supporters and the public about taking direct protest action specifically on the issue of ‘contact denial’
He explained: “If the ‘name and shame’ method is good enough for the Inland Revenue to pressurise small businesses who don’t pay them tax, then its good enough for us to bring pressure to bear on those who mistreat our children.
“At present the lack of enforcement of court orders between children and their fathers is encouraging resident parents to break the law, often with the encouragement of their legal representatives.
“Where court orders have been breached and where contact has been denied for no good reason, the names of those concerned will be published at www.contactdeniers.com.
“We will defend our right to campaign and expose contact deniers who abuse the rights of children to see their fathers.”
“Contact denial is a serious human rights violation and it is a tragedy that the Police seek to protect contact deniers whilst harassing and intimidating those who expose wrong doing.”
Britain is becoming more and more repressive, irrespective of the supposed political colour of the Government.
Mass popular media, led by indymedia such as CCN, is just beginning to expose some aspects of the all pervading and unreported tyranny of the UKs ‘family court’, and ‘social services’, two vast secret bureaucracies that are beyond democratic control and have completely undermined the rule of law.
The family rights movement calls for both state divisions to be opened to the public, made subject to scrutiny, and their abusive officials to be punished in open courts with juries and press access.
The common law movement in the UK and US encourages citizens to resist illegal state interference in their personal and family lives until the courts are either seized in public revolt or abolished democratically due to public protest.
The state is currently fighting a losing battle to censor the scandal, which breaks first on uncensored, citizen-driven social media.
