LETTERS: I LOST MY IPOD

Dear CCN

Help!

My ten year old son Matthew Hitchcock has lot his IPod on the beach at Port Gaverne and he is beside himself.

I know it’s a long shot – but we hoped maybe your readers might be able to help.

Matthew got his Ipod last Christmas from all his family – parents, grandparents, aunties and uncles.

“He didn’t want anything else for Christmas just the Ipod.

“We are a family of 5, mum dad and 3 boys from Dawlish in Devon and we were staying in a bungalow in Port Isaac for the week with another family.

“On the day he lost the Ipod we were exploring the beach at Port Gaverne as it was only a short walk from where we were staying.

“It must have fallen out of his pocket whilst he was playing on the beach.

“We all searched and searched for over an hour and but couldn’t find it anywhere.

“He used it to play games (his favourite game was Smurfs), and listen to the latest chart music.

“He even plugged it into his pillow at night so could listen to music before he went to sleep.

“Matthew also took pictures with it, so he has lost his holiday snaps.

“He lost the IPod some time onTuesday 23rd August 2011. It was in a black leather case.

“If anybody did find it – we’d be so grateful.”

Yours

Debbie Hitchcock
